By downloading, installing, or using Sub Cue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Free Mode & Full Access

Sub Cue is free to use with limits (Free Mode). Full access is available as a Yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Apple; auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Prices vary by region and may change.

Your Content & Data

All subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device and remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time, and it stays on your device even if you cancel.

Acceptable Use

The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use under these terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, and you agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Sub Cue is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
